Photography and Video
Amateur photography requires a special permit. Flash, tripods, and selfie sticks are strictly prohibited. Photos are for personal use only and may not be published online, including on social media.
Bags and Luggage
Large bags, backpacks, and umbrellas are not permitted inside the castle. A cloakroom is available near the entrance to store these items during your tour.
Prohibited Items
Food, drinks, and smoking are not allowed inside the museum spaces. Weapons, sharp objects, and pets (except service dogs) are also forbidden.
Protecting the Castle
Please do not touch the artworks, furniture, or wood paneling. Visitors are required to wear protective slippers over their shoes, which are provided at the entrance, to protect the historic floors.
